It is Harpeth Hills Animal Hospital’s goal to deliver the best and most comprehensive veterinary care available. Our entire team is dedicated to providing outstanding care for your pet. We don’t like to have to focus on payments, but our hospital is a business with expenses that have to be paid. For your convenience we are happy to issue written estimates for any services requested or recommended by our veterinarians.
- Full payment is expected at check out. Because we invoice you at the time of the visit, on the odd occasion a fee may be left off your original invoice or you may be overcharged. Either way, as soon as an error is found, we will correct it.
- Deposits may be required for an illness or surgery requiring hospitalization or some boarding.
- We accept cash, debit cards and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).
- We accept local checks with proper identification. Checks over $100.00 require a valid credit card to be on file. Our returned check fee is $38.00.
Because health problems can arise unexpectedly, Harpeth Hills accepts and recommends CareCredit as an option to help finance your pet’s medical expenses. It only takes a few minutes to complete an application and you will be notified immediately if you qualify. CareCredit allows you to break down your payment into 6 monthly installments.
